We picked up a pair of men's pajamas that are quite nice overall. For the price, we thought there'd be pockets in the pants and maybe an extra button. We also got a men's robe that's super comfy. However, the real letdown has been the men's trunks; the waistband is way too big, and it stretched out at the back pretty fast. Plus, the colors have faded in a really awful, uneven manner, especially the orange ones.

We have bought a pair of mens PJ's which are lovely on the whole, for the money we would have expected pockets in the trousers and a spare button though, also have a mens dressing gown which is very cosy. The only thing we have been properly disappointed with is the mens trunks, the waist is huge, where the waistband joins at the back stretched really badly and really quickly and the colours have faded in a dreadful patchy way, particularly the orange ones.

I got myself a British Boxer item back in December, and by early February, after just a bit of light use, a button popped off. I reached out to BB, but got no answer, so I gave it another shot, and still nothing. That button really shouldn't have come off after just a few uses. The lack of customer support is a real bummer, and because of that, I won't be buying from BB again, unfortunately...

The button should not have come off after several uses - and the non-existent customer support means that my next purchase will not be with BB, sadly...

This beautiful robe is just what I wanted, though I do wish it was a tad warmer or heavier. I came across another review online mentioning loose threads, and I found a few as well. However, it didn’t really affect the quality - that’s just how natural fabrics can be, right? No pulls or anything like that in the material. It’s got a lovely long length, a nice belt, and pockets in all the right places! Plus, the inside ties are made from the same fabric instead of those slippery polyester ones you often find in cheaper robes. I might just spoil myself with some of their knickers - I bet they’re fantastic! :)

Lovely dressing gown, just wish it was a bit warmer/heavier. Another review I’ve seen somewhere online said it was covered in loose threads. Mine was too but not to the detriment of the product - natural stuff often is and there were no pulls etc. in the fabric. Lovely long length and belt and pockets where they should be! Also the inside ties are in the same fabric, rather than those slippery polyester things you get with cheap gowns. Might treat myself to some of their knickers - bet they’re fab :)

I got myself a women's dressing gown in brushed cotton (stornaway). It just arrived super quick, and I gotta say, it’s stunning! Big shoutout to Debs at British Boxers for assisting me with the sizing and for making sure my order was shipped out fast with DPD! What’s not to love? I bought a set of Pyjama shorts for my wife. After a couple of months, they began to fray at a seam. I reached out to customer support, and within 4 hours, they got back to me, apologized, and shipped a replacement pair (which showed up in just 3 days). Honestly, you can't top that nowadays.
